AIRPORT TRANSFERS
PLEASE NOTE: From 1st August 2010 we will cease to offer our courtesy transfer bus to and from Gatwick Airport. This is direectly due to the airport authority inflicting a 10 fold increase on the charges we must pay to drop off and collect guests at Gatwick Airport.
As a replacement for this service we have partnered with local taxi firm, United Cars. As a result of this partnership we are able to offer you the following fantastic service:
24hr, On Demand Service
You need no longer wait for our sheduled bus service. Taxis are booked to arrive at the exact time you specify. Our reception staff take care of the booking for you, there is nothing for you to worry about. United Cars has well over 100 cars servicing the local area and are well postioned to be where you want them, when you want them.
Direct Transfers
Your taxi is exactly that, yours. Therefore it will take the most direct route between the airport and Little Foxes Hotel. You will not have to wait whilst guests are dropped off at other hotels. This happens with bus services, and indeed it used to happen with ours, as hotels attempt to spread the huge cost of the service by sharing it with other establishments in the area

United Cars offer us exclusive prices for taxi journeys to and from Gatwick Airport. These have been fixed at 2007 prices for the forseeable future and represent outstanding value for money. See below for tariffs.
Car Tracking
Using our direct link to United Cars' our receptionists can track your cars movements via GPS. This means that we can check your car is enroute and see precisely when it will arrive to collect you.
Both Journeys Booked on Your Behalf
Our reception staff will enquire about your prefered taxi time on check-in. They will also ask for your return flight number. They will then book your taxi both ways on your behalf. You do not need to worry about calling the taxi firm yourself, your car will be outside waiting for you.
Return Courtesy Call
A United Cars operator will call you on your mobile upon landing to let you know that a car has been dispatched to collect you and direct you to the collection point.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: Why have you replaced the courtesy bus service with a paid taxi service after all these years?
A: When the airport authority informed us that their charges for dropping and collecting guests at Gatwick were to increase by 10 times, we knew the service would no longer be financially viable.
We've looked at the feedback we've received from out guests in recent years. One common complaint that we has been that our 45 minute bus schedule didn't lend itself to everyone's preferred departure time. Furthermore, return transfers, whilst on request, could only be dispatched once the guest reached the courtesy phone. This lead to inevitable delays.
Having weighed all the options available to us, we could quickly see that the taxi option provides our customers with the best possible service and value for money.
Q: Do I have to leave my car keys with you?
A: Yes. We ask all our guests to leave their keys. These are securely locked in our safe whilst you are away.
Q: Where will my car be parked when I leave it with you?
A: All long-term parking is in our secure on-site car park.
Q: I'm going on holiday for a month. Is it ok to leave my car this long?
A: Absolutely. We often take cars for this period of time and longer.
Q: Can I book just the parking without staying?
A: No. Holiday parking is only available to people staying at least one night at the hotel.
